Who I am
Lisa Riolo, PhD, PT, RYT500 is a yoga instructor, lifestyle coach, and health professional. She has studied anatomy, physiology and movement science and applied this knowledge to her own exercise routine, wellness plan and yoga practice.
Lisa is available for individual, small group and corporate yoga classes as well as for individual lifestyle coach training.

Wellness and joyful living are byproducts of moving mindfully. I will guide you in ways to move mindfully throughout the day - while practicing yoga, working out, walking, breathing, eating - to encourage awareness and wellness. Yoga classes and lifestyle coach sessions are designed to meet your needs, whether your goals are to manage your weight, reduce your stress, become healthier or to become more fit.
How to Access My Assistance
Individual yoga or lifestyle coaching: (all packages expire 8 months from purchase date)
$50/ 60-minute class
5 for $200
10 for $350
Group yoga: parties or regular gatherings:
$80 minimum/ $10 per person for 60-minute session
Corporate yoga: $100 minimum($10/person)
for 60-minute session
